Heavy-duty corrugated plastic — over twice as thick as standard 4 mm. More rigid and durable for larger signs, A-frames, construction site signage and long-term outdoor use where you need extra stiffness.
Aluminum (.040")
Premium rust-proof aluminum sheet. Built to last 7+ years outdoors. Best for permanent installations: parking signs, traffic and safety signs, real-estate broker signs and commercial property wayfinding.

Coroplast 10 mm is over twice as thick — more rigid and durable for larger signs, A-frames and long-term outdoor installations. Foam board is smooth white foam with a paper face, indoor only, great for trade shows and presentations. Aluminum is the premium choice: rust-proof, rigid metal that lasts 7+ years outdoors and is the standard for parking, traffic and commercial wayfinding signs.
How fast can I get a sign printed?
Most signs are printed and ready for pickup within 24 hours at our Sacramento studio. Same-day printing is available for orders placed before 11 AM. Need it sooner? Call us at the shop and we'll work with you.
Do you print yard signs and election signs?
Yes. The standard yard sign size is 18×24" on 4 mm Coroplast with a wire H-stake (add it as an add-on at checkout). We can print as few as one sign or bulk orders of hundreds. Same-day printing is available for political campaigns with deadlines.
Can you print large signs like 4×8 ft?
Yes. Our flatbed printer handles material up to 4×8 ft (48×96") — the standard full-sheet size for Coroplast and aluminum. Larger signs are paneled together. Use the "Custom Size" option above to enter any dimensions you need.
What file format do I upload?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS and PSD files. For best print quality, use vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) whenever possible. If using raster files (PNG, JPG), aim for 150 DPI at the final sign size. Don't have artwork? Hire our design team for $25 and we'll build it for you.
Do you ship signs or only local pickup?
Both. Free local pickup is available at our Sacramento studio. Smaller signs ship via UPS and USPS; large rigid signs (aluminum, 4×8 ft Coroplast) ship via freight. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
