Return & Refund Policy

Important — Custom Print Items

Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges. We will always make it right if the problem is our mistake.

1. Custom-Printed Products

Custom-printed items — including DTF transfers, gang sheets, custom apparel, banners, signs, specialty prints, and any item printed with your artwork — are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, except in the following circumstances:

We Will Replace or Refund If:

  • The item was printed incorrectly due to our error (wrong design, wrong size, wrong color)
  • The item arrived with a significant manufacturing defect (cracked transfer, peeling, misprinting)
  • The item was damaged in transit — see Section 4 for how to file a claim
  • You received the wrong item entirely

We Cannot Refund For:

  • Errors in artwork, spelling, or design that you approved (either via proof or by submitting finalized art)
  • Color variations due to monitor calibration or substrate type (colors on screen differ from physical prints)
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork that you provided
  • Sizing issues when you selected the size at checkout (we recommend checking our size guides before ordering)
  • Change of mind after proof approval or after production begins

2. Non-Custom Items

Blank apparel, accessories, or other non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with tags attached. Contact us before returning to receive a Return Authorization.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at info@sactownsfinest.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos of the defect or error (required for defect claims)

We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will either reprint and reship your order at no charge, or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damaged items immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sactownsfinest.com. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For lost packages (tracking shows no movement for 7+ days), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no charge.

5. Cancellations

  • Before proof approval: You may cancel for a full refund at any time before approving your design proof.
  • After proof approval: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Gang sheets and instant-preview products: These begin production immediately upon payment and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@sactownsfinest.com with your order number.

6. Service Quote Orders

For custom service orders (embroidery, screen printing, 3D printing, etc.) fulfilled via a quote, specific cancellation and refund terms will be outlined in your quote agreement. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
  • We will provide a proof or sample for approval before full production on large runs

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, please place a new order. For defective or incorrectly printed items, we will reship a corrected version at no charge.
